  2. Hello, I tried 1. Press the Windows+R keys on your keyboard to open the Run dialog. 2. Type WSReset.exe, and click/tap on OK. 3. The Store will now open, and state the following: The cache for the store was cleared. You can now browse the store for apps " but I receive an error popup "ms-windows-store:purgecaches invalid value for registry" Recommendations? Thanks in advance
  3. Hello, This NOT a CCleaner problem. The problem is occuring again and I did not use CCLeaner Sorry
  4. Hello, I use CCleaner for years without problems. Thanks I installed the latest version 2.20.920. My configuration is Dual boot 1/ XP Pro SP3 using 2 160 Gbs IDE HDs (first installed) 2/ Vista SP2 Home premium using 1 400 Gb e-Sata external I used CCLeaner for ... without any problem; After installing the latest version I did run CCleaner (cleaner followed by Registry) on my Vista system without problem BUT after reboot I found that the connection from the PC to my e-Sata HD was ,during boot, lost and accesses were done on the IDE HD XP. In final the Vista system is loaded and seams running OK. I also ran CCleaner onto my XP system and I found that after reboot the PC had NO problem during reboot But I had a lot of stuttering while moving the cursor on screen. I made several boot always with the same result , the e-sata losses connection to the PC. I decide to "restore" the .reg generated by CCleaner onto the Vista AND the XP systems and the problem is gone ...... What can I do to find what registry entr(ies)y was responsible for this behavior? Thanks in advance
