I have the latest version of CCleaner Professional, and when I click analyze the size of the files to be deleted is always larger than that shown when I press the delete button. Also, when I run CCleaner on Windows 10 the items relating to Edge are skipped in the deletion process. (I have Windows 7 Professional on one SSD, with SP1 and all updates installed, and Windows 10 Professional Insider Build 14905 on another SSD). How do I resolve these problems? Hello, I have the latest version of the program, and every time I set it to Analyze or Clean a popup message tells me I need to close Mozilla Firefox, even though Firefox is in fact closed. This did not happen with the previous version. Can anyone tell me how to stop this behaviour so that the Firefox browser is included in the cleaning process. Your help would be appreciated. I have just downloaded Defraggler and have run it for the first time. Before defragmenting I had 76.8GB free space on my C drive. After defragmenting the free space has reduced to 21GB! How has Defraggler used so much free space, and how can I get it back? My OS is Vista Home Premium. Urgent help would be appreciated. Thanks and regards, royw
