i already do this with widows Task Scheduler. It is very easy to do and quite advanced as to when you would like it to run and situation when not to run.

I'm sure this has already been said somewhere before but just in case: CC urgently needs a cleaner for Windows 7 jump lists. and windows 7 typed urls. (windows is now storing places we go on our computers) ---- i posted the first of these posts in the wrong section... -----
