Default=False
FileKey1=%Documents%\My Games\Age of Empires 2|*.txt
FileKey2=%Documents%\My Games\Age of Mythology|*.txt
FileKey3=%Documents%\My Games\Age of Empires 3|*.txt
cuz i dont ever had this game, and its shows it in ccleaner,detect is wrong, it need to be more specified to Age Of Empires, in HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft Games i only have halo, and its shows Age Of Empires.

[DiskMax*]
LangSecRef=3024
Detect=HKCU\SOFTWARE\KoshyJohn.com
Default=False
FileKey1=%AppData%\KoshyJohn.com\DiskMax|*.txt
i think cleaning in that location every file with txt extension is not good idea, cuz users can make EnableDeepScan.txt file to enable Deep Scan, and it would delete its also.
in my opinion it should be FileKey1=%AppData%\KoshyJohn.com\DiskMax|DiskMax Log.txt - to just clean log file.

one question about trim_12, on my old pc (xp) when i choose at the end to delete #TRIMMER - it deletes it, now on new system (Windows 8) it wont - what could be wrong?

in case of yes maybe add to
[Windows System Profile*] as
FileKey8=%WinDir%\system32\config\systemprofile\Local Settings\Temp|*.*|RECURSE
FileKey9=%WinDir%\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\Local Settings\Temp|*.*|RECURSE
or something
also i have noticed that under [Windows System Profile*] most keys are
FileKey1=%WinDir%\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files|*.*|RECURSE
FileKey6=%WinDir%\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files|*.*|RECURSE
but only FileKey2=%WinDir%\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Temp|*.*|RECURSE dont have sysWOW64 varienty, isnt there %WinDir%\sysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Temp ?

I've been using this for awhile with no ill effects, however it needs testing by other people:
[Microsoft Security Essentials (Old Definitions)]*
for me it's not causing problems

DetectFile=%AppData%\AIMP3

Someone emailed me to tell me the MSSE entry is harmful. Apparently it removes the definition backups folder, leading MSSE to think it needs to be updated. Thoughts?
Yes its deletes definition backup, but not definition itself, after cleaning with ccleaner and restart, my copy of MSSE remembers when was last update
I thought this had been previously discussed, but yeah, MSSE only thinks it hasn't been run yet (and thus thinks it hasn't updated)
however I think that the remove line Might be a little broad (yet another broad one IMHO)
FileKey1=%CommonAppData%\Microsoft\Microsoft Antimalware\LocalCopy|*.*|RECURSE
maybe someone (dennis?) can post the contents of the folder (uncleaned by the entry) and we can probably see what doesn't need removal
about localcopy, after reinstalling, or updating , or something else i dont find any files in it.
so i find full [Microsoft Security Essentials*] entrie is pointless - at least for me
and remove under
[MS Security Client*]

FileKey4=%CommonAppData%\Microsoft\Microsoft Antimalware\Definition Updates\Backup|*.*|RECURSE

is it safe to delete there?

Im using Windows XP Professional 32bit, im not very sure but google says me so, that this is about .NET FrameWork folder. The registry case is better one i know but, unfortunately i dont know much about registry and do not want to touch it, so i have to leave it to you
-
in my case i dont like if after cleaning with ccleaner , those files consist information about pages i have visited (checked these files with notepad) + can save some space again, i know its very tiny difference but still

And aimp have 2 utilities "advanced tag editor" and "Audio Library" maybe add them too
