hi Dennis,i use sdelete and it works good also for the sytrem. and specially becuase is a systernal product. ,i though about eraser,,but i read to many complains for the latest build,and now i wonder which eraser build was the best. .you know i also read in some sites that sandboxie can stop programs to phone home..i bet ?..ios done allowing only accesiing browser to the net in restriction.

i've been there many times,,and believe me there are numeous unanswered questions.. there more answers at wilders forum.. that's why i ask here.

btw,,is there any configuration tips for sandboxie here on the site? ..when i use sandboxiei have check everything in IE delete-invocation-erase verything when exit -restriction-only iexplore -sandboxed cd/dvd drives... Any other recomendations?

read on another site that you had to uninstall and in that process to disable those services.

chkdsk--always before defrag. first thing,,disable services if you need. make an image fre macrium or paragon.. wipe drive...free killdisk or heidi eraser,,dban...create partition with paragon cd..install OS. after all this..install antivirus....go get updates..

i had the same problem finding the other builds too.

click on start-control panel-system-hardware-device manager-network adapters,,,click on it "see you adapter"...right click-uninstall... reboot laptop,,HAVE the driver -software for netgear ready...laptop will need it to install drivers... now check if you have connectioin

you know,the very first thing you do after installing the OS,,is to install the antivirus,,then go to updates. you like AVG,but if i were you i either use avira or avast free. you pay 120...maybe the person you paid just formated the hard drive,and that is not enough...

then sounds like avast 5 is a little too much.

set bios to boot from cd..first..and see.

is this a desktop?..if so..maybe..yes maybe you have dust inside around hard disk,or your cd/dvd driove.. unplug your pc for half an hour,open the caseclean dust,make sure all cables are firmly attached. well yeah those microsoft products are turning like nero,leaving traces all over the system..too intrusive,god knows what else. also don't forget regseeker.it can look for extra keys,etc programs don't uninstall. i also read new avast is giving headaches to some sytems,bsod's,lags on some systems,reducing internet speeds...etc.

agree zsoft works great. better make an image of your system before installing new avast.. read good reviews about new version,,,my problem was always uninstalling avira..

forgot to mention...i meant if with bootable cd you can backup,resize,move partitions.etc.. was reading at their site is only a recovery cd to restore images.

can macriun work from bootcd with all features like paragon or acronis?

try Zsoft uninstaller...and then run regseeker.. -also nero has a removing tool.
