I also ran Recuva without those options and it worked just fine and showed me a bunch of deleted files, so it is working, it just seems to not work with those two options enabled.

I have attached another screenshot as I have continued to let it run, it is now at 578%. I am using XP Pro SP3, all of my computer details are in the new screenshot, including the version of Recuva. The Scan shows "Stage 1 of 2: Scanning drive for deleted files Current progress: 329%, 58645 files found Progress Bar shows 2/3 done, but goes blank occasinally Estimated time left: bounces every second sporadically between 6 hours - 44 days" I have options set to Deep Scan, and look for non-deleted files.
