[Wipe free pace doesn't end]

Me too. Anybody at Piriform paying attention? Answer please?

 

It still just keeps running. I'm sure it's not that the wipe hasn't finished.

Since my first post, I've let it run for 24 hours while set to do a single pass.

The same thing happens.

I'm running 2.18.878 on wxp sp3. When I run 'wipe free space', I deselect all other checkboxes so it runs alone. It goes from 0 to 100% wiped and 56 of 56 mb but keeps running. I've noticed that the top % completed bar stays at 0. I've run it 5 times letting it go all night(min. 8 hrs.). When I cancel it I get a msg that the cleaning isn't completed. Surely it can't exceed 8 hours. My setting is NSA(7 passes). Any ideas? Thanks.
