Hi YoKenny, Thankyou for your reply. Yes, we pay annual subscription for our Norton Antivirus, the latest doesn't run out until mid-April.....so not sure why it is coming up with this message!! Any other ideas gratefully received!!! Many Thanks

Hi, I installed and ran C Cleaner last night, the results are great and my PC is a lot faster than it was. When I restart the PC I get the Windows Installer box come up with "......Preparing to install" for a minute or so then the messsage "Norton Antivirus 2005 does not support the Repair feature, please unistall & restall". I am not very technically minded so apologies if this is an obvious query, do I need to un & re install C Cleaner, or Norton? I am reluctant to un & re install Norton (firstly don't know how to!) and if so will I get this every time I run C Cleaner?? Many Thanks!!!!
