  1. Pardon me, not sure if this information is posted anywhere but without experimenting, how do I know what the new command line parameters do?

Added new command line parameters: /CLEANER, /REGISTRY, /TOOLS and /OPTIONS.

It's not in the About section of the program and the commands are not on the Docs site yet. Thanks in advance!

  2. Hey all,

It's been awhile since I've posted here... I've been on the the Malwarebytes' forum helping over there for the last couple of months. Anyway, something has come to my attention from a couple of the members there. The winapp2.ini file can only be downloaded by registered members of the forum. Is this by design? Is there any way you can provide an off-site link for the file or an on-site link for the file that it is accessible to people who aren't registered? Thanks for your time and I hope all is well!

  3. Hey Andavari :)

I thought it would be nice to have it too. I'm glad I could put that bug in your ear although I'm sure I am not the first to think of it. I'm writing (or attempting to write) a backup batch file to backup things like my add/remove programs list, favorites for IE or firefox depending on if I am running it at work or at home, my documents and a couple of other folders, most likely the registry and anything on the desktop.

  4. All:

A security update has been released to the public for a critical vulnerability in Reader/Acrobat. It's recommended that you update the two products by opening up Adobe Reader, going to the "Help" menu, and clicking "Check for Updates" at the bottom. Also, please note that if you are currently using version 8.1.3. or below, you must update to 8.1.4 before updating to 8.1.5.
