  1. off topic here but, i learned lesson of not backing up on disk D..lost valuable space.
  2. when i used recuva for first time, it found all 185.000 files. thats one cool report you made. thx.

  7. thx mate for reply. i checked to see and found that a lot of files have no preview and couldnt be recovered. so sdelete did its job correctly. i like to test out programs like this from time to time. cheers

  13. iam a new user of a few screen capture programs, after learning my snipping tool on vista is unstable, especially after restarts. not good on explaining stuff so check out the screen capture programs i deem as satisfactory- Jing screencapture 5.0 free version
  14. heres current one. note ive downsized it bit more (edit) now i see, you use the attachment option to get a thumbnail image.
  15. iam new to defraggler..been using since last thursday. so i try it out by defragging local disk C ..ok, so i have lots of image files saved but anyways, it took soo long, that even halfway through the process, i had to stop and resume next day. all-in-all it took about max 5 hours. isnt there a way to speed up the process? at this rate, i rather go back to the defrag option on my comp. iam using winvista sp1, home premmie edition
  16. hope this section is appropiate for my intro. iam a new user and fan of CCleaner, defraggler and recuva apps. i love CCleaner. its the best, reliable app for cleaning all my files, disks. so fast! anyhoo, ill be popping in from time to time, hoping to become assimilated within the community. cheers
