  1. Hello, in CCleaner cloud you have a display glitch in the section "Windows Update". I see here the text "fr" instead of "für". The word "für" is German for "for". So I see for example: Update fr Internet Explorer Flash Player unter Windows 10 Version 1511 fr x64-basierte... Definitionsupdate fr Windows Defender KB2267602 (Definition 1.213.1881.0) These problems occur on my physical PC but also in my virtual machine. Greetings OLLI
  2. Hello, I installed CCleaner Cloud on my PC (physical PC). Then I opened CCleaner.com in Microsoft Edge (not sandboxed). On CCleaner.com I go to the tab "CCleaner" and then on "Applications". When I right click on "Sandboxie" and select "Analyze" then CCleaner Cloud tells me: 0 B to be removed (approximate size) When I do the same in CCleaner 64 Portable (the desktop application) on my PC then CCleaner 64 Portable tells me: Utilities - Sandboxie 209.492 KB 2.092 files CCleaner Cloud can nor delete files from Sandboxie. And this is a problem in CCleaner Cloud. Greetings OLLI
  3. Hello, meantime I managed to get this to work in CCleaner Portable (Desktop Application) by adding the following lines to the ccleaner.ini: CustomLocation1=FIREFOX|D:\PortableApps\PortableApps\FirefoxPortable\Data\profile CustomLocation2=CHROME|D:\PortableApps\PortableApps\GoogleChromePortable\Data\profile CustomLocation3=OPERA|D:\PortableApps\PortableApps\OperaPortable\Data\profile Would be very useful to have this also in CCleaner Cloud. Reason: I want to use CCleaner Cloud and not CCleaner Desktop and last clean-up CCleaner Desktop deleted more than 300 MB from those portable browsers. So please implement this in CCleaner Cloud. Greetings OLLI
  4. I really don't know if they would get any problems. But such a feature where the user just selects to start a virus scan and CCleaner Cloud automatically starts the scan (without having the user to enter any command line syntax) would be very user friendly (good user experience, good usability). If this is not possible then it would be cool to run any application in CCleaner Cloud and also to Schedule it. So I can define a task called "Virus Scan" and enter the command line manually. This has the advantage that also other tasks can be started automatically, like Backups. Greetings OLLI
  5. Hello hazelnut, What do you mean by "Close the sandbox"? I can close all applications inside the sandbox (like all browsers) but then all data remains in the sandbox. Or I can right click on the Sandboxie icon in the System Tray, select the sandbox, then select "Delete Contents" and then click on the button "Delete Contents" (4 mouse clicks). I don't know a feature called "Close the sandbox". I know there is an option "Automatically delete contents of sandbox" when the last sandboxed program is closed. But this option is not checked by default (so normal users will not have this checked). CCleaner Cloud offers "Sandboxie" so this should work. And when I schedule the "CCleaner" on my computers then the contents of the sandbox will also be deleted. So this problem should be fixed by Piriform. Greeitngs OLLI
  6. Hello, I am using CCleaner Cloud to manage my PC, my Laptop and the Laptop of my wife. It is very useful that I can manage all 3 computers with one browser. I do a regular Virus scan of my complete system every 2 weeks. I know that this is a bit "paranoia" but I saw too many friends loosing data because of Viruses and Trojans. So the virus scan is running in the background (when we have lunch). It now would be cool to start the virus scan on 3 computers from one browser. This also can be scheduled. You already know what applications I have installed, so you also know the Virus Scanner. So you know how to start the scan and how to start the update of virus definitions. I have Norton Security and here are the command line parameters: https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v8278351_ns_retail_en_us?q=command When I can start the virus scan from CCleaner Cloud and schedule it then this would really help me a lot! Greetings OLLI
  7. Hello, at the moment I am testing CCleaner Cloud (I used Agomo in the past, so I gave CCleaner Cloud an other try). So I have installed it in Windows 10 in a Virtual Machine (VirtualBox). It would be very cool when I could have a separate icon for "Virtual Machine" in the "Options -> Agent -> Computer Icon". So please add a Computer Icon for "Virtual Machine". Thank you! Greetings OLLI
  8. Hello, at the moment I am testing CCleaner Cloud (I used Agomo in the past, so I gave CCleaner Cloud an other try). So I have installed it in Windows 10 in a Virtual Machine (VirtualBox). I am also using Sandboxie on my PC (physical PC) so I also installed Sandboxie in the Virtual Machine. When I do a CCleaner Cloud scan of my Virtual Machine and have checked the Application "Sandboxie" then CCleaner Cloud finds 0 files. When I run CCleaner 64 Portable (the desktop application) on my Virtual Machine then CCleaner finds 3780 files with 405 MB for Sandboxie. I scan here the same machine (Virtual Machine). What is the problem? Greetings OLLI
  9. Hello, please add in CCleaner Cloud in the Schedule Settings of my computer a new group "Windows Updates". Here the user can specify how often CCleaner Cloud should automatically check for available Windows Updates. If there are any available Windows Updates pending then this information should be displayed: in the "Summary" of the computer (behind the "Operating System") in the list of my computers (so I see at once wich of my 3 computers requires an installation of Windows Updates) With this feature I can keep Windows of all computers up to date with one click. A very useful feature for Administrators. Greetings OLLI
  10. Thank you for renaming the Forum
  11. Hello dvdbane, Thank you, this really helped me! @Piriform: Please add the information how to clean Chrome and Opera to the help topic https://www.piriform.com/docs/ccleaner/advanced-usage/ccleaner-ini-files/how-to-clean-user-data-from-non-standard-mozilla-browsers Therefore you should rename it to "How to clean user data from non-standard Mozilla browsers" (delete the "Mozilla") Greetings OLLI
  12. Hello dvdbane, This link helped me a lot to clean my Portable Firefox Profile. Are there also entries for Chrome and Opera (I use both portable)? Greetings OLLI
  13. Hello, normally I am not a user that in "bloating" his own topics, but meantime something happened to a good friend of mine: he lost all his data! He did not keep the "Adobe Flash Player" up to date (first mistake) and he was using the Internet Explorer as default browser (second mistake). He got infected by a drive-by-injection and a encryption trojan infected his system. All his files were encrypted and now they are deleted. Although he was using a virus scanner. So when CCleaner Cloud would tell him that the "Adobe Flash Player" is not up to date and allows him to update the Flash Player with one click, then this would not have happened. I am sure that this would have prevented the data loss. So please consider my suggestion. It is not just a "nice" feature, it is a very important security feature! Greetings OLLI
  14. Hello, I am using the following portable Web-Browsers from PortableApps.com: Mozilla Firefox Google Chrome Opera Iron It would be cool when CCleaner Cloud allows me in the Options to specify the path of my portable browsers. Add here a new group "Browsers". Then CCleaner Cloudalso cleans the files of the portable browsers. My Firefox Profile of the portable version is 162 MB, so CCleaner Cloud is needed to clean some files here.... Greetings OLLI P.S. I posted this suggestion for CCleaner too (http://forum.piriform.com/index.php?showtopic=45314). But it also should be implemented in CCleaner Cloud.

  16. Hello, now where Agomo is out of Beta and was renamed to CCleaner Cloud it would be cool to manage also my Android devices with CCleaner Cloud. I can clean my phone and the phone of my wife via one browser window on my PC. Would be really cool, Greetings OLLI
  17. Hello, now where Agomo is out of Beta and is renamed to CCleaner Cloud I think this suggestion is needed more than ever. It would be cool to have one tool that cleans up my PC and informs me when there are some patches / updates that are ready to be installed. Greetings OLLI
  18. Hello, please rename the "Agomo" forum to "CCleaner Cloud". OLLI
  19. Hello, please also consider a way how users can Report missing applications an report new Versions of existing apps to the Agomo database. Other update manager offer a web-form where you can report updates. Greetings OLLI
  20. Hello, I downloaded the Agomo installer today and installed it on a new system. The installer does not ask for an installation path, I just can install it or not install it. So I also support this idea! Greetings OLLI
  21. Hello, I use Agomo to manage my PC, my laptop and the tablet of my wife (Windows). Especially for my wife's tablet this is very useful, because I can clean crap on her tablet without her to take any action. Just via the browser of my PC. On my Phone (Android) I use CCleander to delete crap on my phone. When Agomo for Android would be released, I could delete crap files and uninstall applications on my phone via the browser on my PC. And I could manage the phone of my wife also via the browser (she does not need to do anything). It really would be helpful if you release Agomo for Android. Greeitngs OLLI
  22. Hello, I have a suggestion for CCleaner Cloud that is very important for me and that can make CCleaner Cloud much more powerful. It would be very useful if CCleaner Cloud checks my installed software for updates and reports them to me. Then the user can install the updates with one mouse click. Here especially security updates for vulnerabilities (like Adobe Flash, Java, etc.) should be reported, but also normal updates of installed applications and games (like Microsoft Office, Mozilla Firefox or Mozilla Thunderbird). This would make the system safer, because up-to-date applications are normally less vulnerable than older versions that have known security isuues. There are some applications on the market, but none of them is really working well: Secunia Personal Software Inspector (it reports only security updates, no normal updates) S.U.Mo (has a small database so not all updates are found, database is not always up-to-date and some reported updates are already installed) Software Informer (has a large database but does not find all installed applications, database is not not always up-to-date and some reported updates are already installed) I really tested all of them, Secunia PSI works best but only reports security patches. S.U.Mo and Software Informer have many problems. CCleaner Cloud already knows what applications I have installed, so this information should be used. So your servers can determine if there are required updates and then inform me (by email like you do it now if there are changes on my systems). I think this could be also very useful for companies that use CCleaner Cloud. They can install a new version of an application on all managed PCs with one click. Saves them to buy other expensive applications. It really would be very useful when CCleaner Cloud lists updates for my computers and allows to install them with one click. A feature I would be willing to pay money for (even if I just have 3 computers to manage). Greetings OLLI
  23. Hello, I hope they do this soon, so I will wait until the forums are created. Then I will start sharing my suggestions. Greetings OLLI
  24. Hello, what about adding the required sections here in these forums? OLLI
