Hello,

Normally CCleaner Cloud logs in the "Events" section when I install new applications or update existing applications.

But some updates of existing applications are not logged in the events section.

Here is a complete list (includes all applications that were reported in the topics bellow) of applications and games where installations are not logged in the events section:

But I decided to add this forum posting, so other users can extend this list of applications, where updates are not logged in CCleaner Cloud.

Hello,

the list of events is really huge and I am looking for a more professional filter.

It would be useful to see a list of all available events where I can check/uncheck multiple options.

Examples:

I want to uncheck "Logon", "Logoff", "Turned On" and "Turned Off" (see everything except of those events)
I want to see only "Software Installed" and "Software Updated".

Having such a filter allows me to see only the relevant information that I need.

Hello,

I have some new suggestions for the "Update Manager" feature.

Update Drivers

It would be very useful when CCleaner Cloud also would keep my installed hardware (drivers) up to date.

This is a feature that is really missing in other update managers and really increases the stability and performance of the system.

Portable Applications

I have on my D:\ drive a folder, where I have 98 portable applications.

There are smaller tools like System Explorer, FreeFileSync, KeePass and many others.

But I also have all major browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Opera) as portable apps and also Libre Office, Skype, TeamViewer and others.

About 50% of those applications are are automatically updated.

But the other 50% I have to update manually (and check if there is an update available.

So please allow to add custom folders, that are also watched for portable applications.

Browser Extensions

You should also check if the Add-Ons and Plug-Ins in the browser are up to date.

This increases the security level a lot (this is the reason why Secuna PSI scans also the browser extensions).

Windows 10 Apps

You show available Windows Upates (in Sofware -> Windows Update).

Maybe you also can show available updates from the Windows 10 Store.

I know that these apps should be updated automatically, but when I go to the store and check for updates then I often see available updates (so the auto-update seems not always to work).

This feature has a very low priority.

Default Action for Updates

Please let the user select in the settings, what should happen wen there is an update available:

Automatically download and install new updates (default setting)
Automatically download updates but let the user install the update
Only notify if there is an update available

Detected Application

I really hope that CCleaner Cloud offers updates for all installed applications and not just for applications that I have installed via CCleaner Cloud.

Warning at Critical Applications

When I have applications installed, that are no longer supported by the vendor (like Apple QuickTime) please warn the user and suggest to uninstall the application.

Also for dangerous apps like Adobe Flash you should show a warning (when an older version is installed).

Hello hazelnut,

if an application (CCleaner Cloud) offers an option (to clean the files from Sandboxie) then this feature should work.

In CClenaer Desktop it is working, so it should also work in CCleaner cloud.

If you would never allow an 3rd party tool to touch your sandboxed files, then this is OK for you.

But if CCleaner Cloud offers the feature, it should work.

By the way: I went to my CCleaner Cloud account and created a ticket from there.

today I tested this issue again, but the problems still exist.

On my physical PC CCleaner Cloud finds still 0 MB for Sandboxie.

Where CCleaner Desktop finds 319.103 KB 2.049 files

Hello,

I am using CCleaner 1.14.54 on Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop) on a Samsung Galaxy Note 4.

When I click on "Analyze" then the section "Processes" is empty.

There are 0 User processes and 0 System processes.

How can I add processes that should be terminated?

Please write at the Upgrade Account page the number of computers, so I don't have to ask here in the forums.

when I click in CCleaner Cloud on Upgrade Account then the following page opens: https://www.ccleaner.com/account#subscription

Here I see at Pro Account that the Entire household is covered.

What does this mean in details?

How many computers can be managed?

I am asking, because I have 3 computers here and eventually I will manage the two computers of my father too.

And maybe CCleaner Cloud will be available for Android and Windows 10 Mobile phones too.

Then I will add 4 smart phones to the list of my devices.

I wonder if this all is included in the Pro account.

The developers only read the forum, they do not really interact here, save for collecting additional information about bugs

Maybe my English skills are not perfect, but wat do you mean by "save" in this content?

I understand that they collect additional information about bugs, but why is it save if they don't interact?

As you have Ccleaner-Cloud I assume you have a paid license. This gives you priority support on the piriform zendesk support site where they will likely get back to any concerns you have.

I have CCleaner Cloud free.

I wanted to test it before I buy it for my 3 computers.

While testing I had some suggestions that I made here in the forums.

However, this forum is pretty much a user's forum, with the suggestions sections being a listening wall for them to gauge other user's reactions to suggestions.

This is why I posted my suggestions in the forums (other users can enhance my ideas).

But it is very sad, when I spent hours writing them but getting no feedback.

One feature is very important for me: CCleaner Cloud should check the installed applications on my computers for updates.

If this feature will be implemented then I can talk to some friends so maybe they can introduce CCleaner Cloud in some companies.

I wonder if Piriform is no longer interested in their product "CCleaner Cloud"?

Why I am asking?

In the past I wrote many suggestions here in the forum and also reported some bugs.

This took me much time to write and I wanted to make CCleaner Cloud better.

But I have not yet received any answer of Piriform for months.

It seems like Piriform is no longer actively supported by Piriform.

Maybe they don't have enough customers so they let it die?

So I uninstalled CCleaner Cloud from all of my computers, because it seems like it is no longer active.

Hello,

in Defraggler (the desktop application) you show the Drive Map (the colored boxes) with a 3D effect.

You call this "Modern View".

Please also add the "Modern View" for Defraggler in CCleaner Cloud.

This looks modern and more professional than the flat view.

Hello,

please publish CCleaner Cloud for Windows 10 Mobile.

Microsoft released Windows 10 Mobile and there you have the "Continuum" feature.

Microsoft offers a small box called "Display Dock" where I can connect my keyboard, my mouse and my monitor.

When I connect my prone to this dock then my phone gets a Windows 10 PC.

This is a very useful features, especially for business users.

In my company the CTO is starting next week a test with 20 employees.

They should just work with the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL and no longer with the PC.

Some applications are virtualized so they will run in Windows 10 Mobile.

If this is working, all employees that have a PC and a phone will be switched to Microsoft Lumia 950 XL.

In my opinion this is an option for many business customers.

So if you want to keep those customers (or get new customers) you should support Windows 10 Mobile.

The support if Windows 10 Mobile is very important for CCleaner Cloud.
