Thanks Davey and Alan I tryied to restore the sistem, it simple did no restore, you see it is not that the procedure did not solve the problem, the system just did not restore.

I have been using your fantastic softwares for more than a year, without any problems until last week, after performing a Ccleaning procedure, my usuary in the PC was unable to access the internet, the PC is clearly connected, but my usuary only cannot access the net. Well I did all I knew to solve the problem without success, so I create a new usuary, now I cannot share the documents between the new and old acounts, and when I try to open the files they are blocked. Can you help me please
