OK, I am NOT a computer whiz so I will take all the help I can get. I have had my computer about 3 years and it has really become sluggish. I read on another site about CCleaner and decided to check it out. I ran it tonight but have not deleted anything yet. I really scares me to delete stuff when I don't really know what it is that I am deleting. I have Windows XP, use IE, AOL and run AntiSpyware Beta 1 every day. I look forward to your suggestions.
