Go to Start > run and type services.msc Make sure that the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service is set to automatic and started. Now make sure that the Volume Shadow Copy service is set to manual and stoped (if it's running don't stop it, restart instead). Hope that helps.

I don't get it. You guys removed the log files cleaning, the only thing that Antivir doesn't clean. Everything else is auto-cleaned by Antivir itself when not needed anymore, including the temp folder. You're right. I only empty the prefetch if I start a lot of programs and my prefetch gets really cluttered. Not nanoseconds, but you can feel the difference between a cluttered prefetch and a just rebuilt one. Anyways, my ini file is set to false because I rarely use it.
