  1. Sorry for all this but I'm really just a typical unskilled user who can't tell what is a bug (something which should have been there but isn't) or a new request.I'd be a grateful if a Mod could move this thread to the Suggestions sub-forum. Thank you both for your interest.
  2. Sorry I must be having an off day. I understood that the idea of this forum WAS to identify bugs. Assumed procedure: identify bug, find solution, test it.
  3. I've checked the obvious locations (C:\windows\program files\PC Tools and C:\Documents and Settings\Users\Application Data) but didn't see anything which looked like a log file. Sorry can't be of more help.
  4. CCleaner v3.12.1572 I've just changed from the Zone Alarm free firewall to the free firewall from PC Tools. CCleaner would offer to clean Zone Alarm log files by ticking the appropriate box in the UI. I can't find a similar facility for the PC Tools firewall. Any ideas on how to clean PC Tools would be appreciated. Thank you.
  5. Just a little bump. There must be someone who knows what 'Session' cleaning in Firefox is and exactly what is does. Musn't there? Thanks in advance.
  6. CCleaner v2.3.5.1219 supports 'session' cleaning in Firefox. I suspect this could be a very useful feature but I can't find any documentation on it. Could someone please explain what 'Session' cleaning is and how best to use it? Thank you.
  7. Firefox 3.0.2 stores 'some' data on web sites visited in C:\Documents and Settings\............\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\...........default\places.sqlite. CCleaner 2.12.651 ignores this location when cleaning Firefox.

    Cleaning AOL

I use AOL with its own browser. How do I clean the cache and history? I see nothing on the CCleaner Windows or Application panes. Any help much appreciated. Thank you, John
