i uninstalled the old version and installed the new beta.

it made two programs and their shortcuts disappear and there were no remnants left behind that i could find.

 

i reinstalled them from zip files in firefox downloads.

the shortcuts went back to the exact spot they were in before deletion on my desktop.

they are cpuid and crystal mark.

 

that was very odd.

running xp pro sp2 fully updated.

on an asus a7n8x e deluxe and an amd XP3200+ with crucial dimms 1 GIG X 2.

ANY THING ELSE YOU NEED TO KNOW?

[add a feature to the drop down options when you]

can you make the options in the windows xp pro include "run CCleaner" ?

 

when you right click the desktop, just like when you right click the recycle bin?
