I use ZoneAlarm Firewall and i recommended it. The free verson provides advance features and the pro verson is even better.

1. Is it safe or is it a fake anti-virus which contains Malware.

Ans : I have not try it yet but i think its not good because there are many issue which you may have heard of already. source1
