Yes. I try to use other selling software, it can find my lost files. However, it seems Piriform cannot do the same.

Yes. I check the option. However, the result shows deleted files. I think the result does not build from found files, but the file table. Thanks.

Hi, My harddisk crashes suddenly, I can only see a drive in explorer and cannot find any file in the drive. When I use Piriform, I can see some deleted files, but cannot see actual files in my drive. Could I request the recovery function in Piriform? Thanks.
