Yes now installed and with Opera works in Secuina but FF shows this might problem loaading java and in Control Panel still no Icons.........

Hi im trying to install Java (jre-6u10-windows-x64) but after installed it not shows in Control Panel ..i reinstalled it again and it not shows in startup too and im trying to Scan in Secunia and it gave me message Java must be installed or i dont have java installed . What im doing wrong..any advice

Hi Here again with many questions ...i wants to be clear and sure before use it ........and from this forum im getting very nice help......and learning . I'm thinking to use Hostman becoz i think its bit easier for new user to control ..i mean enable or disable hostfile if i needed like @YoKenny mentioned. But if i install hostman i need to install hostfile first or not necessary...??? Yes i read that link but this line is not clear to me: Note: do NOT run Windows Vista with UAC turned off as this also turns off the "Protected Mode" in Internet Explorer. My UAC is turned off ,I don't like this very annoying And in that link nothing about Uninstall this if later any problem ?? or i missed it.......... Again thanks everybody............

Thanks for all reply I'm using Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit so this gonna be placed on same folder like as XP C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc or different folder ??? This host file will update automatically or i have to do it manually??? Any possibility to conflict with other security system or antispyware software?? Thanks for reply Yes i read about this topics but if i dont open this spam mail thn its not problem right??I delete all from spam folder all the time and if i create new gmail account this will stop.....or this going to be same!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But now problem is i was one site today and message came Adobe Flash player or something like that i have to install and maybe i click Cancel(This is enable in IE7pro) and thn IEpro icon gone from bottom of the screen and now all Addvertise banner again popedup...........how can i get this back

Hi Someone can help me or suggest me about My Computers security and antuvirus program.Im using Windows Firewall and Nod32 Antivirus and Windows Defender is On but problem is my son he use my Pc often and when he use he always get partypoker or this kind of Popup window so im very worried about this ........How can i stop this kind of Popup .My Popup blocker settings Medium... or maybe i need to use someother kind of software(like Spyboot or antimalware software) Any help would be highly appriciated.......

Hi I didnt find any folder named ERDNT inside Windows directory( very weired but whats the reason thr is no Dir named ERDNT??.Now this stop showing message at startup after reboot i think coz of now im using TWEAK UAC and i setup it in Quite mode but after tht i reboot many times to check if this works or not but nope.If i take backup manually and if i keep this in other drive in one folder tht is okey??or i have to keep it in Win Directory?? And BTW im using Vista Ultimate and iwants to turn off UAC but i read b4 its not good idea to off this after u installed all software so ............ Thanks

Hi Thanks for Reply and i really waited answer from u i didnt mention it but if others ans thts okey but i got answer from u thts good.Now i setup Erunt and it asked me if i wants to restore backup all the time when computer start i click YES.If this okey or this going to slow down my Pc for added in Startup.I read this Documents and i think i can do this but if i have any trouble i will be here again...................... P:S ...I got this problem from Erunt after i re-started my PC unable to create file C:\windows\ERDNT\Autobackup\2008-06-27\ERDNT.inf registry backup will continue,but no restore info for the ERDNT programme will saveed.This means that later restoration of the registry can only done by manually. Pls if possible help me out thanks...............

Hi I downloaded Registry backup programme ERUNT and NTREGOPT .One is backup and another one backup and optimizer i think or both same im not sure.If i backup registry and how can i RESTORE it later.I read about this b4 but now i forgot frm which thread.I think its better to know for security or safety. And about Replicator software if this is for Full Image backup programme So if i can take full image backup and if im in trouble with my pc so i can backup my image and get back my system like b4. For this Backup now im using Acronis?True?Image but i was in http://www.karenware.com/powertools/ptreplicator.asp and this looks very easy. Any suggestions would be appreciated .

Hi I have question about CCleaner Uninstaller.If i uninstall one programme with CCleaner uninstaller ..This should be uninstall everything and delete aswell all shorcuts,Shared files and everything from registry too am i right??? Coz when i Uninstall Software with Windows Add remove or Softwares own Uninstaller still need to manually delete many entries and its very difficult sometimes from Registry. So from whr or which way best to uninstall a programme perfectly.......... Thanks.............

Hi Im using CCleaner and i like this one very eas? and freindly.Still i havent any problem with this Software.I have few questions and i read this guide too. I.Which things i can clean from Registry without problem ( I read in another topic ..Advanced features to remove unused and old entries, including File Extensions, ActiveX Controls, ClassIDs, ProgIDs, Uninstallers, Shared DLLs, Fonts, Help Files, Application Paths, Icons, Invalid Shortcuts ) but im still confused or dont get it properly ..if i check mark in all Advance or Registry options and clean thn it can cause any problem??
