This isn't really CCleaner's fault. On IE go to tools, then options, then advanced, and uncheck "reuse windows for launching shortcuts" then click apply and you're done! Sounds like this upcoming release is going to be real cool MrG, thanks.

Does CCleaner work with x64 or are there plans for it to be compatible?
