Pagefile is my biggest file at 1.5 gigs and it has the most fragments. Will defragging this file crash my system?

Scrapbook saves entire web pages these are some of my biggest files. If I export the files to a different folder and then delete them they appear in the recycle bin. I see this should be in a different forum.

When I delete data from the mozilla addon scrapbook it dose not even even appear in the recycle bin. It would be nice if CCleaner could find this deleted data and clean it.
