That's why it would be an option, maybe a checkbox to include/exclude the WinApp2.ini file. Then you could include the file the same way you can now without having to download it, or you could choose not to and use CCleaner with the normal configuration (this would be default). Then maybe even add another option to be able to automatically check and download updated WinApp2.ini files. It may be to much effort to impliment for the small benefit.
Has it ever been suggested to add include the latest WinApp2.ini file with each new CCleaner release and then have an option to select if it is included or not? Then those of us who like the extra options but don't necessary need all the updates inbetween CCleaner releases can still at least get periodic WinApp2.ini updates.
