  1. Thanks nukecad, you solved my problem. In fact I had installed a network mapping tool some months ago just because it was free and I was playing. But I had no need for it and uninstalled it. Your post taught me that I also needed to unistall the Nmap programs. I've done that and now no longer get that error message. Grazie mille.
  2. This error message just started popping up. Uninstalled and reinstalled CCleaner, but no bueno. Any wisdom appreciated.
  3. I can clean all unused Registry entries using CCleaner except for one: .com/acs/acs-cc?TAG_ACTION=DOWNLOAD_MAILING_LABEL&PERSON_ID=71406&DOWNLOAD=TRUE&FILE_TYPE=RTF&CURRENT_ROLE_ID=696&CURRENT_USER_ID=183740&DOCUMENT_HASHCODE=360105488&SANITY_CHECK_DOCUMENT_ID=153462&CO HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.com/acs/acs-cc?TAG_ACTION=DOWNLOAD_MAILING_LABEL&PERSON_ID=71406&DOWNLOAD=TRUE&FILE_TYPE=RTF&CURRENT_ROLE_ID=696&CURRENT_USER_ID=183740&DOCUMENT_HASHCODE=360105488&SANITY_CHECK_DOCUMENT_ID=153462&CO Each time I try to remove this, the program crashes. When I right-click and try to see using RegEdit, there is nothing there. Advice, please.
