please let me know if there is something i can do to get my 30 gigs back. regular windows defrag has not brought them back.
also, should i even try the new version? honestly, im afraid of losing another 30 gigs or more.
this is on a vista32 machine with 500GB SATAII.
edit: also, i let it run for 24 hours once and it never once got through the 'defragging free space' phase. it gets up to about 45% and hangs everytime.
