Question

I recently performed a registry scan and fix, this fixed just over 350 problems and i havent had any problems with programs not working or other possible effects of deleting important registry files yet, which is good. However, i then scanned again for issues and it came up with another hundred or so mainly ActiveX/Com Issues, would this be because the previous scan deleted files needed by ActiveX? causing addtional files to become problems? Thanks
