CCleaner 2.10 wipes out "IsShortcut" entries causing problems (double entry effect) with shortcut menus!
To prevent this add the following to excluded areas:
HKCR\internetshortcut
HKCR\lnkfile
HKCR\piffile
Amateurs, geez!
