  1. The ability to clean all user accounts on a machine when run from an admin account.
  2. The contact is here https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us/requests/new Are you saying you didn't receive a key? Have a look at the links here https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us If you have the key you can just download the free version of CCleaner https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download Install and open it, select Options from left-hand side, and at the top click on the blue 'Upgrade to Pro' and enter your key to turn it into the pro version.
  3. Does that not count as a popup then? This is on the same machine as I got the 'business popup' shown in thread earlier, so it hardly counts as first time use does it?
  4. 2 different popups at the same time is way too much.
  5. See here https://community.ccleaner.com/topic/54600-cleaner-wants-to-install-a-new-helper-tool/ Also a long thread here https://community.ccleaner.com/topic/51931-pasword-required/
  6. No, not many dollars in Yorkshire.. I guess the popup isn't location dependant
  7. How I wish I could be left alone. I shouldn't have to resort to fiddling with things to stop this all this. Two popups at once is just plain overkill.
  8. What anti-virus are you using? Trend Micro?
  9. This service is part of Verizon’s suite of email and web advertising properties, which includes AOL and Yahoo. 10. In CCleaner go to Options... Settings and select Custom Clean near the top. Close CCleaner and open it again and choose Custom Clean (should be highlighted) Now do an Analyse and right-click on the item you want to know more about and select 'View all files'.
  11. Most people are right-handed so it is easier for them to click the Accept button than the Decline button (perhaps the should be placed the other way around)
  12. Also if you don't want to use Health Check go to Options.. Settings... and select Custom Clean at the top instead of Health Check.

  14. Open CCleaner. Click on Options left hand side. Click Upgrade to Pro at the top. Enter your key making sure to do it correctly (copy and paste is usually a good idea)
  15. At the same time behind it. but just to the side. was a different popup asking me to try Health Check (I use custom) I felt I was being bombarded with popups
  16. Are you using Windows or a Mac?
  17. I had a business licence request the other day on a laptop I don't use everyday. I just closed it assuming it was just yet another CCleaner popup (perhaps trying to remind business users that they must have a licence)

https://www.ccleaner.com/about Every country uses it. The darker the green, the more usage. Gray would have less usage.
  20. Dave don't you think it's more likely that users do not know that Health Check has its own set of rules (hence the problems we see on forum) and as it's the default at install they run with it. It should be an opt in.
  21. What anti-virus are you using? What operating system are you running?
  22. Have you installed the Trend Micro upgrade? https://esupport.trendmicro.com/en-us/home/pages/technical-support/maximum-security/home.aspx Have you tried this (whitelisting ccleaner)? https://community.ccleaner.com/topic/57702-ccleaner-not-working-after-update/?tab=comments#comment-317617
