  1. I do! It is great .. I mean it would be great for me if I could sort of figure out more how and what is required ... I can not take the time right now to reference my Live Office download prompts .. but I do remember putting them on the side and saying to myself .. oh gosh another investment into a whole new Office release ... while I am still trying to access my Office 2000 via a desktop connection to my Windows 98 computer. (Could not install Office 2000 on my new at the time WinXP computer ). Anyway I think it sounds especially great too that you were able to start using Outlook .. because I loved the email formatting you could do with that. And the idea that all of that stuff could be stored not on my home desktop .. wow it sounds great. I am glad I read your post ... I was researching anything I could find about Windows Live Mail. I am a MSN subscriber from the beginning and still am a MSN Mail subscriber but I like Windows Live Mail better (precisely because it is more like Outlook Express in its more open versatility .. but also less secure I think). My problem is that I erase all of the accounts on my Windows Live Mail ... all of my mail account info ... all of it ... whenever I use Ccleaner! I can get it back because it is web based but it is a hassle. Do you know of what area that I may have cleaned that would have deleted all of the Windows Live Mail account info? I did what I thought was a basic clean. If you see this I would also like to know did you have to buy the latest version of Office in order to have it all work right in "cloud computing"? Is that what it is called?
  2. Papercrane I got no response to my dilemma of having deleted all of my windows live mail accounts. I thought I did a basic Ccleaner clean. I can not imagine what I did that deleted all of the accounts. I can go thru the process of creating them and re-entering the information and because it is web based - most of all of the stuff in those accts will still be there ... BUT it is a hassle. I am a MSN Mail subscriber but I prefer Windows Live Mail. I read what all of the replies said to your question ... that they used other programs .. well I use some of those other programs too but I was able to reference them in Live Mail and it was great. Those are the accounts I will have to re-enter. I established back my main account. Oh forgive me ... do you know of anything that would have been cleaned in Ccleaner that would have erased all of that account information? I wish I had gotten a response here. I got your post by doing the only thing possible which is to search "live mail". Thank you if you have any tips.
  3. oh shoot! my question and post was just erased!!!! Am so frustrated ... have to write this over and it is pretty boring. Sorry. Did what I thought was a safe clean ... erased all of my Windows Live Mail account information .. for not only my main MSN subscribed to account (but I prefer Windows Live Mail) but also my Hotmail Plus and Yahoo Plus and gmail. Oh well obviously I am doing something pretty stupid. Need help on what to avoid on the clean. But really really need to free up some space on my computer as well. So in researching this site to try and do it myself without posting my stupid question, I do a search on "Windows Live Mail" and I come up with some posts and topics and I click them to track them into my Control Panel .. and do it a number of times .. and restart my computer and ... enough ... they do not appear in the left hand margin of saved topics or saved forums. I am only searching the Ccleaner forum. Well I DO need help why I can not save these reference posts ... Much appreciated if there is a link into Ccleaner configuration .. and something also about the board control panel. Thanks
  4. Fleet Command you are welcome to "nit pick" all you want on my problem. And actually it was a welcome clarification that you gave when you wrote the following: 1.Hazelnut meant the email service provider upon which the mail is hosted, such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail, etc. 2.I mean the application with which the email is acquired such as Windows Live Mail, Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, etc. My dilemma is that CCleaner today erased all of my email accounts that were configured in my Windows live Mail account. And all I did was run the basic cleaning process that I used to run all of the time ... but I must admit it has been months and months since I ran it from the settings that I used to always have. And so perhaps tonight when it was run (because there is NO ROOM on my computer so that I can not even run the Corel graphics program to help me dowload just some of my pictures. Oh oh .. I can tell I am falling asleep at the keyboard, I better try to say this right now ... My main mail account is MSN Mai. I am a paid subscriber to MSN since the very beginning ... and I know that because it has such a high and strong security base ... well that I no longer create the monstrosities in desserts that I used to want to make ... but I realize this discussion is about swollen and broken brones under neath joints. Am too tired. Better come back tomorrow. love you guys ... see you tomorrow email address removed by moderator to avoid spamming
