Perfect. Thanks!!! Turns out my issue was the Lightning Add On.

I am having all sorts of issues with TB and they are cautioning me (if I am a CCleaner user) to be sure that TB files and folders are not erased. How do I go about making those exclusions? Thanks, Larry

I would like to suggest that CCleaner remove internet search entries. The Beginner's Guide mentions Search Assistant Autocomplete but it says that this is for Windows Explorer... and I do have it checked. CCleaner does not remove any of my internet search entries like Google, or Amazon, etc. I thought that it used to do this on an earlier version but I could be mistaken about that. I would also think that most users would appreciate CCleaner performing this cleaning function. Thanks, Lar
