    Recuva news

Sounds good MrRon! Love Recuva as a product and I hope Piriform continues to make products that improve system performance (That actually work such as CCleaner) and products that help people that work on computers. I appreciate all the work that goes into these products MrRon!
  2. Yep. Forgot to mention that myself. I'll also test if you need me or would like me to.
  3. Sounds great! Definitely can't wait until the details about version 2.0 are released. I'm really waiting for those screenshots though!
  4. Hello. Nice version Mr. G. And about the whole file name thing, rbeekman, he was saying that the list didn't list the fix for that. He didn't say he couldn't see the change log. So I hear there will be news about version 2.0 by next week? Thank you.
  5. Hello. Good to hear. So like Sputnik said, how is work on 2.0 going? I need updates on it I tell ya! Thank you.
  6. Hello. Ok, thanks for the answer! Someone can lock this if they so please. I don't think I need it anymore. Lol. Thank you.
  7. Hello. Awesome! Keep up the good work and I can't wait to see what other helpful apps Piriform will being to us throughout the summer and the following months. Thank you.
  8. Hello. I'm new to the whole recovering deleted files but do these files that Recuva find takes up any space on my hard drive since they are still technically there a bit? And if so, would it be possible for Recuva to allow a delete option for these files? Thank you.
  9. Wiped out my computer for other reasons than this but it now seems to work. It finds about 11,000 files but I get the list and everything! Only problem I have is that it displays that I have 1.4GB of RAM when I have 1.5. Even CCleaner says 1.5GB so I know it has to be a Recuva problem.
  10. Same thing still happens in version 1.01.057. It gets about 21000 files at like 99.6% and crashes. No error, just crashes.
  11. Hello. Sounds good MrG. Everything is looking nice, especially the secure deletion being sped up. So...back to what everyone want to know. CCleaner 2.0 timeframe? Thank you.
  12. Hello. This might be related to my recent bug. http://forum.piriform.com/index.php?showtopic=9802 I get 3/4 through but my computer only finds about 13,000 before crashing. Thank you.
  13. I just went to see if I can recover some files (Just doing the average day beta testing), and when I scan my C drive for files, it gets to about 85 percent and Windows tells me that it crashed. But since it isn't an error, I didn't see a log in the Recuva folder. Here?s a video of the crash. http://s26.photobucket.com/albums/c136/Edi...ecuvaCrash1.flv
  14. Hello. Thanks for the update on the versions! Any date or time period when we can expect version 2.0 or when you will completely stop production of 1.xx and move to 2.xx completely? Thank you.

    PerfectDisk 8

Hello. That?s a whole separate topic. Let's not bring it up now. So PerfectDisk is getting removed from CCleaner or did I take it wrong? Thank you.

    PerfectDisk 8

Hello. After getting the latest update (Which is working awesome BTW), it says that it cleans PerfectDisk 8. I am curious to know what parts of it are being cleaned. Also, when I go into PerfectDisk 8 and look at my drives statistics, the whole month?s statistics are still there. I would expect that CCleaner would delete the statistics in cleaning the program. Please don't take this the wrong way. I'm not nagging, just saying. Anyway, great job on CCleaner and keep up the great development. Thank you.
  18. Hello. Awesome news. Keep up the work! Thank you.
  19. Hello. Nice to hear that a new version will be out soon. Maybe later today? Lol. Anyway, awesome new skin. Thank you.
