We've clarified the EULA in version 3.25 to make it clearer - the terms have not actually changed We are constantly informed about companies who are making money out of our free software. So, we are just trying to make everything clearer and fairer so that CCleaner can stay free for our community, and we can avoid being exploited by other companies.

We are unable to recreate this on XP SP3 too. I will request dmps/logs from the OP.
