CCleaner Browser suddenly very slow

I've had fibre optics for my home internet connection since yesterday. Since then, all of my browsers have become much faster, but CCleaner Browser is still so incredibly slow that it is essentially unusable. I've already done a reinstall, but the issue persists. For the speedtest on Chrome and on CCleaner, see the attachments. Thanks to the Helpdesk, I was able to temporarily solve my issue by turning off Web Shield. CCleaner is still searching for a conclusive answer.
