  1. To be very honest, CCleaner asked me to make a restore point but I rejected, since i had not enough storage on the C:\ and i did not think, that a bluetooth driver would crash my OS, so..
  2. Hello hazelnut and thank you for your reply, well I am pretty sure, that i have no system restore points. I will send you a photo of my screen and this is how i get into the cmd. I do not want to risk to restore before i backed up my data. I will need to check the cmd commands how to get into the folders and copy the from C to D. Forunately i have most data on D i think.
--- EDIT: Oh Sorry guys, i forgot this was an english community.. Well that would be the worst case for me. Actually only the windows is broken. The SSD works well. I would like to check if there is any data on my C:\ and back it up before restore the OS on C and delete every data. Is there any option? As is said, i have access to the CMD. I could check the folders and copy it to D:\.
  4. Hello guys, im a german user of Ccleaner. Some days ago is used CCleaner to update my drivers on my HP Envy Notebook. After the restart Windows is broken now and cannot boot into OS. Somehow my Notebook does not let me boot an OS from USB. I can get into the Command Prompt. Is there any option to reset the last settings to get back into the system? Best regards. karkmar
