  1. If you have asked for a refund, you will no longer be eligible to use CCleaner Professional, and your license will be deactivated. Or, you may have also unknowingly purchased a license from an unauthorized reseller. If this is the case, please contact us at support@ccleaner.com so we can help you.
  2. From the main window, select Options, then Scheduling. Click the Enable button to activate the Scheduling function. Choose the schedule type (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or At Login). Select the date and time when you want CCleaner to start Click Apply to save the schedule. Hope this helps, James

If you receive the following error when entering any of the commands below, that means they are already set to default: The value is protected by Secure Boot policy and cannot be modified or deleted. To change boot settings to default please follow the steps below: Exit Steam. Search for the Command Prompt application in Windows and right-click it and select Run as administrator. In the command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command: bcdedit /deletevalue nointegritychecks bcdedit /deletevalue loadoptions bcdedit /debug off bcdedit /deletevalue nx Restart your computer.   4. Error 12029 is a Windows error that can have a many different reasons, but most probably it is a server connection error, you may want to check that your firewall (antivirus) is not blocking the connection to the licensing server. Regards, James
