  1. Thank you for your help Johnccleaner, but the action you advised me to take, do not work. So I contact the piriform support, you mentioned and explained my problem.

  3. Thanks for the answer, but it's a little different. When I start up my PC, I automatically get a message from CCleaner PRO to "Fresh up" the computer. If I click OK, Ccleaner will refresh the PC in a minute. If I then want to visit various websites, I have to log in again regularly. After that When I stopped with Ccleaner refreshing I no longer have those problems. But that is of course not the solution.
  4. I had accidentally formatted the wrong HD and immediately tried to retrieve the files with RUCOVA. Unfortunately, the program crashed when starting the scan and got a window to submit a crash report. Tried several times to start the scan and send the report. What to do now?
  5. Every time CCleaner refreshes my computer, after that I lose some passwords. Is there a solution for that?
