Simple question : Is optimizing the SSD with Defraggler good? If no, why? I know that it's unnecessary to defrag a SSD but what about optimize ? Moderators mta Posted January 5, 2016 Moderators Share Posted January 5, 2016 optimise does a TRIM which is good to do every now & then. if your OS is > Windows 7, an optimise is by default scheduled for every month. Backup now & backup often.It's your digital life - protect it with a backup.Three things are certain; Birth, Death and loss of data. You control the last.
