cazza Posted December 16, 2014 Share Posted December 16, 2014 Please help already been on this 24 hrs. I ran cccleaner. Lost network drivers . First tried ip release etc using cmd etc. eventually downloaded wireless realtec LAN drivers onto USB via friends laptop. Then did same for atheros Ethernet LAN driver. Still can't get three window network drivers working. Have uninstalled cc cleaner . Tried loading 4to6 driver via USB but still says drivers upto date. If yes, did you make a backup when offered the chance to do so? Do you have system restore turned on? Were you having any virus/malware type issues? mikiep Posted December 20, 2014 Share Posted December 20, 2014 Hmmm... strangely I had same problem a week ago. Nothing I could do would fix it including reinstalling fresh. Fix on my laptop was remove battery and hold the power button a while then force the power-on reset with and without battery. Basically bleed all residual voltages out of the capacitors and let the thermals all reset to ambient temps. Then in my case, Broadcom n wireless adapter started working after much effort with the original drivers and reinstalling chipset drivers, all the board drivers.
